Rickey B. Silverman, Ph.D
Dr. Silverman obtained his B.A. in Psychology with honors in Psychology in 1972 at the University of Rhode Island. He received a M.S. degree in School Psychology in 1974, and received a Ph.D. in 1979 from the University of Rhode Island. Throughout his career, Dr. Silverman has worked outside of private practice in correctional, residential treatment, and public school settings. Dr. Silverman has served as a board member of the N.H. School of Psychologist Examiners, as an investigator for the N.H. Board of Psychology; As a result, he has developed a comprehensive expertise in his field.

He also has considerable experience with marital and couple psychotherapy. Dr. Silverman is licensed to practice in both in New Hampshire and Rhode Island. He continues to practice working with children, families and group therapy, school consultations, and in other forensic areas. He also works with abuse victims, post-traumatic stress, accident victims, custody evaluations, and evaluations of psychological damages. Dr. Silverman is an academy fellow of the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators and a member of the American Board of Forensic Examiners, and is affiliated with Parkland Medical Center as an Allied Health Professional.

LAWRENCE BERNSTEIN, Ph.D.
is a certified licensed psychologist in NH and MA with 30 years in the field. He has taught and supervised graduate students at Antioch and Tufts and is presently the supervising psychologist at Northern Essex Community College Counseling Center. His orientation is informed from training in gestalt therapy, psycho-dynamic psychotherapy and group therapy, and his approach is very practical and down to earth.
Dr. Bernstein has worked in corporate settings with executives, private practice and group practice. He spends most of his time treating adults and couples.

has over 20 years experience in the fields of Stress Management, Dynamic, Short-term Psychotherapy, Conjoint Marital (Couples), Emotional Intensive, and Family Systems Therapies. Dr. Shigo is an advanced specialist in both the clinical practice and research areas of family and couples treatment, as well as childhood, adolescent and adult emotional disorders. PETER STONE, MA,CPT,CAS
is contracted as a counselor and consultant through our agency to provide specialization and expertise in the areas of: Addiction, Anger Management, Domestic Abuse, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, and Social Skills Training.
Peter holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Norwich University, Northfield VT, with a concentration in Addiction Theory and Intervention Applications. He is a Certified Addiction Specialist and Personal Trainer, specializing in cycles of Substance Abuse & Dependency, Domestic Abuse, and Stress & Anger Management whereby. His expertise is grounded over 18 years experience working with addictions, anger-based aggression, and issues of power and control.
During his graduate training, Peter performed extensive research on incarcerated men who killed their partners while under the influence of alcohol and other drugs of abuse. As a result of his research he designed the first intervention program offered by the New Hampshire State Prison for men. As a result of his work with the most violent of offenders he gained unparalleled insight into cycles of substance abuse, anger, aggression, and violence. Through his gain insight, education, and training Peter has created innovative community-based intervention and counseling applications for those at risk of progressive substance abuse and intra-personal issues leading toward violence. Peter also has extensive counseling practice helping victims of abuse and compulsions of self-harm.
In addition, Peter has pioneered Discover Addiction Recovery, Inc., a 501-C(4) non-profit organization dedicated to providing effective and dynamic on-demand intervention and counseling for those who struggle with addictions and other abusive behaviors. He has written two ebooks addressing the nature of addiction and efficient change: Four Stages of Effective Change and Addiction and Discovery in the Incarcerated Offender ( A model for relapse prevention). Peter is also currently in a publishing contract for his forthcoming book: The Nature and Nurture of Addictive Behaviors and Interpersonal Aggression.

JASON BUTLER, MSW, LICSW
has over ten years of experience in the mental health field. He received his degree in social work at the University of New Hampshire shortly after graduating with honors from the University of Tampa, Fl.
Jason has experience in both public and private mental health settings as well as hospital and partial hospital treatment institutions servicing primarily children and families as well as the chronically mentally ill.
Additionally, Jason spent several years within the educational field as a school counselor in an alternative behavioral school as well as an assistant principal for a public middle school.

LINDSAY R. JOE, LCMHC, NCC
has a variety of experience to offer clients but has specialized in working with adolescents. After obtaining her B.A. from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, Lindsay began her career as a high school English teacher in Prince County, Maryland. To better serve her students, she pursued a degree in Counseling Psychology and an additional love developed.
Lindsay received her Masters Degree, she pursued a series of internships, giving her experience in areas of Child & Adolescent Therapy, Family therapy and Addictions work. Lindsay has developed a particular love for Child & Adolescent therapy and for dealing with issues of race and culture.
Her love for issues of race has led her to pursue her doctorate at Argosy University in Arlington, VA where she has currently completed all of her coursework and is working on her dissertation.
In addition to her state license, Lindsay received her National Counselor Certification in 2005 and has actively pursued professional development opportunities with active membership in the American Counseling Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association.
While she routinely sees a diversity of clients, Lindsay has a multitude of experience with clients going through crises related to changes in life, self-esteem issues, impulse-control, anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic struggles, conduct disorder and adjustment disorders.
Lindsay additionally provides educational consulting to adolescents and school systems in the form of workshops, seminars and one-on-one coaching/counseling.
